We sell Toshiba gaskets for their power generation plants around the world. Yes, they make more than TV’s! Often, gaskets need to be expedited due to power plant outages and we are able to help them meet their customer’s needs in a timely and cost efficient way. We have done this for over 20 year and look forward to many more years of servicing this account.
Siemens
For years we have met Siemen’s exacting standards for gaskets and seals and their strict demand for on-time delivery. We have integrated to their internal purchasing system to comply with their company’s requirements.
SPX
We supply SPX with thousands of die-cut gaskets monthly. SPX is an OEM for positive displacement pumps and our gaskets are used in their pumps. We are very proud of our 100% on-time delivery rating with them. Our company is at the top of their good vendor list which they keep in their waiting area for all their vendors to see.
Marinette Marine
With their need for speed, we supply Marinette Marine with quick response to their inquiries for high temperature gaskets cut from quality engineered material. Gladon
Gladon was started by a husband and wife team, Gladys and Don, in Wisconsin in 1971. They invented the original swimming pool cove (whatever that is!) We started sewing for them over 10 years ago. We sew mitts and brushes for pool and hot tub owners to keep their water toys clean. We die cut the product out of indoor/outdoor carpeting and sew it together.
Nasco
Nasco, a company started in Wisconsin in 1941, produces 22 different catalogs carrying products for education, agriculture, health care and industry. We currently sew about 60 different items for their use including clothing for CPR Manikins and harnesses for farm animals.
Cain
We sew the insulation jackets for their heat exchangers. Each jacket is custom engineered and produced to their specifications from a CAD drawing. They are up to 6″ thick and often weigh hundreds of pounds. We meet their timely needs and the jackets FIT!

The world’s most celebrated maker of crawler cranes came to us to supply their gaskets and have been doing so for over 15 years.

Getting Ship Shape
A local, large manufacturer of specialty industrial lighting came to us to design a unique gasket to make an air and water tight seal on lighting fixtures for the U.S. Navy. We researched the many options of gasketing material available and found something to meet their need. As you might expect, solving matters that involve the U.S. Armed Services makes us very proud, indeed.
Sewing for Cows
Did you ever wonder where the products come from in catalogs? One of our customers supplies a wide variety of items to the agricultural field and have many sewn items in their catalogs. They sell cow hobbles, sheep blankets, exhibitor harnesses and cow cuff links, among other things. Guess what…we sew those for them! They know we will meet their delivery needs and price points.

A worldwide manufacturer of engineered components came to us because they were unhappy with the leadtime of a molded part they were purchasing. We were able to reverse engineer the part that drastically reduced their leadtime. In the process, we were also able to decrease their cost which has made them a devoted customer, as we continue to save them time and money.

We were supplying a worldwide pump manufacturer with a paper gasket that was used on their pumps. Recently, they decided they wanted to change the materials to something that was FDA approved. We worked for over a year to find the right product and we are proud to say that we accomplished that.
